The Grand Finals... by itself was quite unbelievable.

We stood in the first row. View was superb, needless to say, but sound was muffled, cos the main speakers were behind us and we didn't have the dangly earpieces to listen to...haha. MLB camp stood at the middle portion of the mosh area.

Initially, J3 camp was supposed to be positioned inside the middle portion together with us, but somehow they ended up at Lucify's side. Human error or something... But it was super shuang to get such a good view.

Qian Shou was so high for us, we didn't even notice that Nic said "Aiyoh how? My string broke!" twice... hahaha!

I loved the convo, "Ah boy, qu na li?"

"QU NI MA MA DE JIA!"

Very Singaporean. I like.



Xiao Wei was... mesmerising. Flirty. Especially with Nic's smile which triggered 500,000 SMSes from us. Alright alright XD.

Since we were standing directly below the performers, we sorta caught Shinya looking at us for awhile (when we were discussing about him). We told him to add oil and then he smiled! =D And he sorta puckered his lips like a smooch to tell us that he had very thick lip gloss on. I guess we had to remind him that he was on national TV and the rest of Singapore knows.

Actually... during the first elimination for the Top 2, I was feeling very shitty. Soul got in first, which meant that only one of the remaining two bands (I hereby declare J3 was non-existant to me) could get in... it was either Lucify or MLB! Gah!

Of course I was crossing my toes for MLB but it was very saddening when Lucify had to leave. My ke lian de Kel... and the smiling Shinya... and pretty Misaki...Kitty Kuek... and Laptop Vics...

Woosa was so entertaining! I liked the whole theme, the effects, cheery arrangement and overall cutesy MLB! :)

MLB was leading most of the time... and we were seriously quite surprised! When the voting rank was announced for the first time and showed MLB leading, the people at our side had not even voted! @"@

Fast forward to Yong Qi... It was emotional for both MLB and us below... cos I was telling Cheryl that this was the last song that we were gonna hear from MLB, for the Superband journey. That was before the results were announced lah, haha!

Nic looked like he was about to cry...could hear his audible gasping when he changed breath, like he was gonna wail any moment. Emo, emo...

Results

I truly do not know how I managed to survive the results announcement. One moment I was telling myself to prepare to jump up and cheer, and the next I was planning the best way to stop myself from crying if MLB did not win. For all of Superband's results how, I only managed the courage to watch two of them. So you can imagine my heart going 'popopopopo' like Soul fans' balloon clappers.


And just as suddenly as it started, the light stopped...

And everyone started to hug one another, scream, cry...some did three at the same time. Lol. ARGHHHHHHH IT WAS SO AMAZING I WANT TO RELIVE IT ALL OVER AGAIN


I want to be stuck in a time warp at that moment when the light stopped!

Less than twenty days till school starts again for me...

Dang... Am dreading it.... Gonna miss the good food at the various food centres... Gonna miss the wonderful people at my company... gonna miss doing work that WILL BE USED and not just to occupy me... gahh...

I love my $39 webcam to bits.

My computer is revived... after so many battles with blue screens, alien error messages, CD keys(!) and such. Spent the time just now to reinstall all my essential software.

At least there's a good thing about renewing your PC... everything is like new and untouched, you won't have the "JUST HOW MUCH IS MY PC BEING TAINTED BY SPYWARE" kinda thoughts going around for a while. Keke.

Going to sleep now... 5.30am ahhh..... holy holy holy...I can hear the angels sing...

Hmm I saw cute MLB today too! They had an appearance at IMM this afternoon. My father told me that he saw a few girls sitting at the event area (floor) at 7am this morning, when he was there to deliver goods. @_@

The accapella performance was shocking at the beginning... Haha but then it sounded really nice after the little 'accident'. Hehe.

The recording at Mediacorp was... disappointing. How come one band gets so much screentime? I guess other fans won't have much to say about MLB being favoured now. That should make them very happy. Haha *bitter laugh*

Oh and I wasn't really impressed at Nique's 'psychic' performance of bending forks, reason being I watched a video this morning, about a professional psychic in the US, who with his props switched right before a live show, found himself in hot soup after he failed to bend his cutlery.

Poof. Career ended just like that. It's a hoax, everybody. Watch it for yourself if you like...

Well well. His performance was entertaining to much of the audience though, normally I wouldn't bust people like that, but it was too coincidental that I watched that American psychic video just this morning... Haha!

Happy happy! Thank you DGT for the IKEA vouchers! I didn't buy a bed but bought several items which I needed! Including a fluffy cosy quilt! =D

A certain Superband's group of fans are very rude. They like to push and shove, and them being fat doesn't improve the situation too -_-

I didn't go to Mediacorp to get pushed around in circles and breathed on.

No wonder there are conflicts within their group. Cos everyone wants to get the most attention from their idols, therefore instead of cheering as a whole, they attempt to shout for their favourite members when they think the time is right. Just like Energy CFs! =D

Why you want to get THAT up close and personal with your idols? Alamak. Watching from a third person's view, seeing the fans trying to umm 'act close' and 'friend friend' with their idols... makes me sick.

But whatever makes them happy la. All I know is that I have never carried Milk's bag/luggage before, and will never. His luggage on our van doesn't count!

Pei Qian Huo kena BSOD (Blue Screen of Death) again. And this time, luck isn't on my side. I was doing normal stuff when suddenly it decided to stop functioning altogether. So now at midnight, I'm still trying to reinstall Windoze. So tainted.

I don't know what the purpose of the Windoze installing CD is for - sometimes I wonder whether the sole purpose of its existance is just to make me hate Windoze more. I've been restarting the computer and going through tedious steps repeatedly, and the results seem to be LPPL (erm, balls hit balls in crude dialect).

So meanwhile, with the friendly blue screen with white words in the background doing its LPPL tasks, I'm using my iBook to do my work. Hrrmph.

Speaking of Macintoshes, I absolutely look down on people when they say things like,

"Oh, due to the nature of my course which is media-related/design, I'm using a Macintosh. It totally roxxxxxx"

Screw all these lousy superficial people!!! I hate it when they say things like that!!!
Many of the best designers in the world work with PCs, and hate Macs.

Only shallow people will think that by getting a Mac, their so-called artwork will be deemed good, people will look at them differently etc.

Being a good service staff does not actually mean you do your job properly and be all polite and "yes yes yes sir no problem sir madam".

JOKE! LAUGH! I hate it when I make a funny comment and the person just smiles politely and continues his well-memorised verse on handphones, the dinner menu, computers, etc.

To me, quality customer service means making the customer feel at ease, and assure him or her that everything is in their hands.

SingTel does NOTTTTT have the above qualities AT ALL.
